CSE Department is working tirelessly to build skilled IT professionals to meet the challenges of the 21st century and build the ‘Digital Bangladesh’ announced by the Government of Bangladesh. We are committed to produce highly qualified and all-rounded graduate possessing fundamental knowledge of computing and information technology who can provide leadership and service to Bangladesh and the world. We promote a philosophy of learning with the development of a computer science and engineering student and provide a stimulating academic research environment for individuals who would be capable to work in both industry and academia, and would be the leaders in the demonstration of professional skills and in the development of new technology for the benefit of society.
Despite our multifaceted limitations, we have tried to design our course curriculum in such a way that our graduates can take their place as skilled IT professionals in the software industry, telecom industry, web and multimedia industry at home and abroad. The department is also focused on enhancing the analytical skills of students through regular participation in Programming Contests. We are always on the lookout to introduce our students to the latest software, apps and programming languages to keep them abreast of the ever-changing modern technology.
To recapitulate, would like to say despite being located our university in a peripheral district headquarters, we are committed to provide quality education to our students.
